We brought back Summer Crush for our 10th year anniversary!

It was one of our most popular dyes, and this color combo still holds up as one of our best (if we do say so ourselves). Ice dyed by our very own Kanda of Psychedelic Baddie in our backyard, these are a colorful mix of deep pink, green, and yellow. We dyed as many as we could, but they are still limited, so get 'em while they're hot!

 

There are a couple of very important things to know about our dyed items:

ONE | They are a variation of what is pictured. We chose a few samples to photograph, but the nature of dye means each item is completely unique!

TWO | We make sure each item has all the colors, but what you receive will be random.

THREE | We suggest washing with dark or like colors for the first few washes - they are pre-washed after dying, but just in case.

FOUR | No exchanges or returns on limited edition pairs. Please message us with any questions about fit if this is your first pair of Thunderpants!

Fit

Comfy undies that won’t go up your bum

  • Sizes XS - 2XL
  • Designed to sit in the natural crease at the top of the leg, cover your bum, and reach to the hip
  • Hipster is recommended if you are flat in the tummy and/or short in the rise to the waist
  • For many of us, the Hipster does not reach over the apex of our tummy roll at which point the natural laws of gravity take over and the Hipster will roll down - in this situation, we have a solution in the slighter higher waist, Original option.
  • Gusset measurements: 4.25” from edge of binding to edge of binding, 2.5” from seem to seem, biding measures .75”. Length of gusset is 4.25”, no seam in crotch, fabric is raw. These measurements are the same for every size.

Caitlin is wearing a size MED Hipster: 5'5" tall, 34" bust, 30" waist, 40" hips

Breana is wearing a size XL Hipster: 5'4" tall, 46” bust, 37” waist, 53” hips

Fabric

90% Organic Cotton / 10% Spandex

  • Sturdy fabric, very stretchy, and has great retention to give our garments just enough stretch and bounce back
  • Undies stay up, keeping their shape without sagging or bagging
  • Same soft organic cotton blend is used to cut our binding into wide strips instead of using elastic so there is never any irritating elastic against your skin
  • All garments are made locally and lovingly in Portland, OR

Care

  • Make sure to wash these alone or with like-colors for the first few washes (don’t wash them with whites right away!)
  • The dying process does have a faint scent, this is not scented detergent, we only use un-scented when washing before the after dyeing, the smell of the dyeing process will fade over time
  • To preserve the vibrant colors and life of the fabric we suggest you do not soak or bleach your Thunderpants items
  • Use a gentle detergent in a cold machine wash and dry your Thunderpants on the line (they will survive drying on low, but may fade a bit and cut down slightly in longevity)
  • If you do wash warn or dry, make sure not to use too much heat as heat will break down the spandex
